Returns & Exchanges

At Penrose Skin, we want you to love your ritual; if a product isn't the right fit for your complexion, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
